Stepping into Headship
This programme is for those who are considering applying for Headteacher or Head of School roles. It may also be useful for any deputy who acts as Headteacher from time to time.
The programme is intensive and will take place in two hourly sessions. These sessions will be led by Andy Richbell, Headteacher at St Nicolas CE Primary School in Portslade. Andy will be supported by other leaders such as Governors, SBMs as appropriate.
