A programme for Aspiring Leaders
This course is a four-part programme for middle leaders who are looking to apply for, and secure, a senior leadership position as a deputy or assistant headteacher.
The programme will be led by Janis Taylor. Janis has many years experience as a headteacher, adviser and is currently a School Partnership Adviser (SPA). She has extensive expertise in leadership development and has also led the recruitment of senior staff across many schools.
