This session on Thursday 23rd September 2021, 3.30-4.30pm will focus on the performance management process including setting objectives and developing staff. There will be resources available including examples of paperwork and supporting documents and how to ensure appraisal fits into school development plans. We will also work on effective and robust reporting to governing body pay panels.

This session is suitable for senior leaders who may be new to conducting appraisals or for more experienced leaders who may wish to refresh the process in schools to be even more effective.

This session will be online via Zoom (video conferencing).
