Mentor Training
This training is for staff supporting the development and assessment of NQTs.
NQTs have arrived in school this year and started their careers after an interrupted training year and in very uncertain circumstances. It is highly likely they will need clearly directed bespoke support. This programme will support staff in developing essential mentoring & coaching skills.
