On behalf of the children, staff and governors, I offer you a warm welcome to St Mary Magdalen’s Catholic Primary School. I hope you find our website clear and informative as it is designed to give you a flavour of the vibrant life at our school, the work of our pupils and the quality of education we deliver!

As a Catholic school, we provide all of our children with the opportunity to grow as young people and encourage and support them in developing a closer relationship with God. Our school motto ‘Together in God’s Love We Stand; Learning and Friendship Hand in Hand’ was written by our school community and inspiration for this was drawn from our school ethos, where we believe that ‘each person is a unique creation of God and we therefore respect and care for their individual needs.’

    Wear something Red for Racism
    Wednesday 22nd September is Show Racism the Red Card Day. To help raise awareness, we will be wearing something Red with our school uniform- this could be a Red hairband, Red Socks or a Red T shirt with school skirt/ trousers. Show Racism the Red Card is a charity designed to educate young people and adults about the causes and the consequences of racism.
